Like Toad said, you may want to take the buffer to it again and it shouldn't take as long as the first time. Can you borrow a space heater or something like that to warm up the garage? Also Halogen light stands really throw some heat as well.
You won't need to clay again so that 'll save some time. Just PO203 and then JetSeal.
