YES!!! very costly....but ok...its BMW at the end of the day....we know already the cost of servicing....so no surprise for some carbon fibre bits....they do the same...
BUT WHAT IS ANNOYING IS THAT THE DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPT. AND PARTS DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE TALKIN ABOUT WITH FITMENT!!!!....it was Tony, our local tech expert who told me that the carbon strut won't fit to the 335i !!! I spoke to 2 dealerships and they said yes it will fit and it cost £550 circa...PARTS ONLY!...
