Where to get torque wrench for replacing spark plug?

I just got the plugs from Mike and planning to DIY too. Since it is my first time DIY spark plugs, please excuse me for some noob question to ask:

1, Is the ignition coil easy to break when it take out?
2, Will it be better to replace the ignition coil too?
3, What geese to put on the thread of the plug? are those anti-seize for wheels any good? or I should go for a specific one?
4, Do I need to do the gap adjustment on the plug before put them in? I saw the mechanic need to do that on the old days
5, Will the plug that close to the firewall hard to reach that require some turning socket extension?
6, And where to get a torque wrench for to tighten the spark plug? I check crappy tire, they only have those for wheels. But I need something for 17lb/ft, right?
