By "nannies" I'm assuming you means DSC. Even if you have an LSD equipped, the DSC will activated to apply the brakes and cut power before you can obtain any benefits from the LSD. Unless you have your DSC off and are pushing your car beyond its level of tire grip during cornering, which you shouldn't be doing in public roads, you won't see any difference with LSD vs a car with no LSD.
