i brought my car in last week for fixing gasket leak and i told my SA that shifting from 1-2-3 is kinda jerky(auto tranny). they tested and called me saying they emailed bmwna and approved to get me a new tranny from germany in 2 weeks.. wtf. serisly? is replacing the whole tranny a good idea？lol. to me it seems that repalcing the tranny for free is a good deal. but any problem comes after replacing tranny?
im kinda a car newb~

also. does anyone has a good shop for mecedes in west toronto or mississauga area Canada.~~~ thanks so very much..~~
