if you're going to be a regular at any place of business it's going to be in your best interests for the employees to like you, or at least to not dislike you.

if you give less than 5's on a regular basis, they will learn who you are, and will treat you worse and/or not serve you or your car at all.

they do have the right to refuse service.......
