The oem ones are terrible. They curl up on the edges. Really annoying! I got the bmw rubber ones and I like them a lot. I'd offer to sell you my carpet ones, but I'm going to keep them for resale.
Edit: IF you do get some, shop the price at TischerBMW and have your dealer price match it. I saved about 20% off retail.
