The official BMW PROGMAN (formerly CIP) numbering convention is ##.##.##. There is no such thing as 25.1.1. It would have to be 25.01.01. If indeed there was a 25.02.00 that would be newer than 25.01.01. Many (actually most) BMW service centers incorrectly provide the numbers to you. You can really only rely on Target Data Status in the Measures Plan or Final Report and use that to convert to PROGMAN versions ##.##.##. I provided that cross reference chart in post above.
