That can't really be answered without specifying what grade of gas it's mixed with. Do they publish that anywhere?
Assuming the usual octane for E85, then a blend of 30% pure ethanol with 70% pure 87 would be almost exactly 93 octane like you said, but we'd have to know what grade gas was used for sure.
