After having my daughter in my 2011 e93 in a Chicco keyfit 30 car seat and she is 14 months.... she has outgrown it.

It was easy to put her in the seat outside the car and drop it in to the base.

I need to find a convertible (backward/frontward facing) seat that will fit in the e93.

I live in MA and she will only be in the car on a limited basis until winter is over. She will be in the Explorer 90% of the time and the e93 10% of the time...once it gets warmer I see that changing.

I know that you should keep an infant rear facing for at least 2 years... but I don't really see how I could use a bigger fixed rear facing seat in my car.

I have looked at the Recaro seat but it looks like it will be hard to use rear facing.

Any suggestions on seats that fit?? If you have pictures that would be great.
