Lesson learned.
ALWAYS go over your car with a fine tooth comb BEFORE you leave the lot or service center.

They will simply deny it and you have no recourse at this point.

Another reason I NEVER valet park my car either.
They could dent your car and by the time you get home, your S.O.L.

Whenever I take my car in for service I basically completely detail it BEFORE I drop it off. This way they see it's in MINT condition when I drop it off and that I'm anal about my car's condition. I also take 4 pictures of my car (one from each side) in the parking lot of the service center, before I drop it off too.
Upon return if they scratch it, dirtied it and didn't clean it, or did any damage, I have pictures to show them what it looked like when I dropped it off.

A bit of extra work, but now you see why I do it.
