They always sem to show up worse on black cars don't they :-(
I got a similar scratch on mine from wheeling my lawnmower around the garden which showed up worse after waxing the car. I sprayed black paint into a can lid and painted over the scratch using the fine end of a cocktail stick. It sounds strange, but you van build up the layers so it doesn't stand out. Your big problem is the dent, which is either a job for a bodyshop, or maybe you could find a good second hand wing from a breaker or on Ebay?
