Guys,
I had my Alpine Amp replaced under warranty yesterday by BMW!
The dealer was blaming my 'USB cigarette adaptor' for charging my phone!
I mentioned this post and said the issue has been ongoing for a year, the USB charger has only been in the car for two weeks..
Anyway, if you have this issue I would get it fixed ASAP, it only get's worse if left!
The warranty is 2 years for the Alpine Retrofit Kit.
