Give your friend the Vehicle ID number (VIN) and he can probably get them from a dealer. Or you could order them online from a dealer in the US that is near where your friend is traveling and he can pick them up. The 320d isn't sold in the US but they use the same glow plugs as in the 335d if the production date is from 9/2007 according to the Bosch aftermarket catalog.
