If you have rubber stems and no TPMS malfunction light is on, then you do not have the RDC TPMS system (valve stem sensors mounted in the wheels)
The only exception to this is some new wheel designs that relocate the TPMS sensor (strapped or bracketed to the wheel) and implement a regular valve stem, but I'm sure you do not have to worry about that
