Probably a leaking injector. The fault codes you posted don't mean anything to me (generic codes), but usually raw fuel out the exhaust is an injector failure. Usually you will get various misfire codes, as well as either low/high pressure fuel sensor codes.
Be careful, as I've had N54's almost hydro-lock on me from fuel leaking into the cylinders from injector failure.
