He's automatically going to get more off because its an e90, not an e92. He probably got even more off because it was on the lot and they are trying to clear room for the '08's that are coming in any day now.
I was able to get $1,345 off my ordered '08 e92 335i which I felt was pretty good considering what others in this area were offering. Seems like North Texas is one of the worst place to get good deals on these cars. Guys in Cali, NJ and Maryland are getting killer deals.
