There are products like spray wax, wax as you dry and wax detailers. Avoid them if you want to seal. QD is not mandatory. Diluted car shampoo works as well.

With the paint stripped of wax and clayed, its the best time to do a polish if you want.
Optional. Some folks will polish a new car to reduce orange peel. Although your car is still newish, parking outside and simple use could create scratches that will show up more after sealing. Don't bother if you are not comfortable with a RO buffer like PC or Flex. Hand polishing is too much effort for an inferior result.
Don't QD after polish. You might want to wipe down diluted isopropyl alcohol to remove any polishing oils left behind.
Optionally, you can use a prewax cleaner and/or glaze prior to sealing step.
