What I do know is that the parts and in particular the shocks are the same between two comprably equiped E90's (one "d" the other gas) with non ZSP suspension. I confirmed this with Evan at Tischer before buying the old Performance dampers for my car. Below is just part of the coorespondence, I have part numbers too.
