I have 20% on my Cayenne and it's a little difficult to see out at night (and that's just regular driving & going through intersections with people walking around). In my friend's Tahoe, he has 5% all around and it's pitch black period. At every 4-way stop sign or with people walking around, you need to roll down the windows to see out and make sure you're all clear. Sure you can still parallel park but it takes a few seconds for your eyes to adjust and figure out where in perspective you are to the curb.
IMO, when you go too dark like that on a smaller car, it looks tacky.
