I guess something like that can happen anywhere. All I know is the owner (he was the only one working there when he did mine and now he has more workers working for him and he's expanded his shop) was very meticulous and did a perfect job. And he's done two other cars of mine since and no problems at all. And I've sent some co-workers there that were very happy with him. If he did damage like that...then sue for repair costs...is what I would do...with any place.
