I did a comparison of the CAS settings before and after I changed my central unlock setting from 'All Doors' to 'Driver's Side Only' and the following was the only change:

nicht_aktiv --> All Doors
aktiv --> Driver's Side Only
I have iDrive so I changed this using the system menus but if you're looking to at least get your preferred functionality back, that setting should do it.
Why it's not in your KOMBI is a different matter, I think.

And a quick after thought as I was looking through my KOMBI module:
ZV most likely stands for Zentralverriegelung (Central Locking) as such the following settings might be useful:

ZV_VER_FAHRT_ZEIT
Mine are all set to 'aktiv' but then again I don't have the settings in my KOMBI because I have them in the iDrive.
