Just picked up my first BMW today!

Some things I want to change (maybe someone could give me a rough estimate on how much each change would cost):
Tint back windows
Make head lights blueish colour, not yellow (they are only the blueish colour when the headlights are on at night)
Make fog lights blueish colour
Paint rims dark gray or black (maybe buy new rims, but I don't mind the look of mine at all, just the colour)
Paint front kidney grill black - still not 100% decided on this
By blueish I mean Xenon, HID, or whatever you want to call it. How much would that cost roughly? I just want to change the colour.
