Whatever the factory maintenance cycle is recommended. If you're overdue for an oil change, change the oil. If you're overdue for a brake flush, flush the brakes. Otherwise, autocross is only demanding on tires but even so, if you have a fair amount of tread above the wear bars you probably don't need to worry about wearing them out...And if you DO wear them out, no amount of tread is going to help you.

Bring a cigarette powered portable air compressor, a tire pressure gauge, and a torque wrench. For a first timer that is absolutely everything you will need.

Why? You expect to break something?

I don’t want to bring too much but I also don’t want to be unprepared.

Search is your friend. Use terms like "first autocross" or "first track event" would yield you more than enough information to read through for hours, maybe even days.
