All products that need warranty work go with an RMA# as far as I know to
the following address:
Garmin International
1200 E. 151st Street
RMA Number: (insert your RMA number here)
Dock Door #1
Olathe, KS 66062 USA
Even though Garmin has a Canada number (1-866-429-9296 or 913-397-8200)
I don't know if they do warranty service there or they redirect/ask things to
be sent to the US. I believe you may get an RMA number from Canada but you
still send the product to the US.
