feel sorry for you mate, about a year ago a stupid white van cunt reversed into my parked car due to which I had to change my rear passenger side door, he did not admit fault, I bought my own door and got it fitted through an indy, my insurance company logged a claim against my name even though I didn't claim a penny off them.
