The translations were kinda bad yesterday when the news came out. His right hand was almost severed. They had to reattach it, basically. The guy will be lucky to hold a cup of coffee with his right hand, let alone race a car again.

One of the reports is that the hand is responding well to stimulus and is warm. Both good signs for the hand healing.
