More Cars Being Stolen

Im sure you are all aware how easy it is to steal these modern BMW's with a key programmer,

Where I work alone people know of friends and families whose cars have been stolen with just smashed glass found in place of the car (so far 3 cars of people I know in the london area)

I want to know has anyone made any modifications to prevent this?

One idea was to re-locate the OBD port so the thieving b@stards cant find it, another one i heard was to disconnect the port completely (both these ideas wont prevent the glass from being smashed)

My boss at work simply invested in a steering lock which i would have assumed could be a good deterrent.

Blackjax is another option which i was considering,

If it carries on like this all BMW owners will be hit by an insurance premium hike due to the cars being more prone to theft!

Bloody annoying but BMW obviously aint doing anything about it even though its their fault for leaving vital coding information in the ecu readable.

Rant over lol
