funny - I posted this exact same question today on bimmerfest... In san francisco the only place I know of that you can wash your own car is at 10th and harrison... but unfortunately, the water hose is the same for "pure water", soapy water, and "wax finish"... so it's impossible to get just clean water to come out of the hose... I had so many spots on my car after leaving there, I had to come home and hand wash my car in the street...
