I had the dealer checked the rotor, the seating of the pads etc., for sahety sake and they couldn't find any problem.They told me that the semi-metalic pads does occasionally make squeaking noises.
They never managed to fix it but I never had problem with braking so I just ignored it. In actual fact, the squeaking was gone after another 4000-5000kms.
