Odd Suspension Problem Not Level.

Hi,

I own a E90 320D Pre-LCI. I previously had on OEM 17' on non-run flat tires.

I recently swapped over to 19 OEM M3 wheels on F: 235/35/19 R: 265/30/19

I notice the gap between the tire and the arch on the rear left hand side is bigger then the rear right hand side. I now that the surface plays a big part; however, no matter which surface I go on I always find the rear left hand side is sitting higher then the right.

The front part of the car is fine.

I am thinking the rear right shock may be going bad, or an arm may be damaged somewhere. I don't think anything is wrong with the tires or rims, i just think I noticed it more now because I have on bigger wheels.

Any thoughts?
