I agree ...EPL is way above other leagues in terms of speed and action worldwide. It's always been and always will be.
As a proof, most other non-Brit, European players who get transferred to one of EPL teams, have to go through special training and conditioning so they can keep up with the rest of players on the field. In the recent years, La Liga in Spain and Italian Premier League have come a lot closer to their level of play action but still are not quite there yet on a league wide level IMHO.
