Sorry for late reply, been off forum for a couple of weeks. (in which time, the neighbour has already scuffed my new car! . Anyway, my dealer also told me you'd probably only break even on the service packs if you really do the miles, and loose money if you're a 12k miler like me. (On diesels, that is)
