Lots of money for a car that has Point of no return?
"Hello? Mom, I can not come today, half of my electric juice is gone, I will not make it to your house, sorry. Maybe tomorrow, after I charge my car?"
Make sure you know exactly where are you driving and the mileage. However, if you are forced to go another route due to some emergency situations or who knows, and you are at 35% battery left you are screwed.
And everybody can give you a can of gas but electricity? Does Tesla come with an "emergency capacitor" ?
If it will cost 7-8000 I might take the risk of buying one for fun.
But at that price I can buy a REAL CAR.
