s50 swap completed. Here is the set up (pics to come soon):
- s50 engine, with tune from Markert Motor Works
- KAMmotors CAI
- r3vshift s50 swap motor mounts
- battery relocated to trunk to make up for added engine weight in front
- bav auto strut brace
- period correct cloth Recaro Seats
- z3 short shifter and m zf 5 speed transmission
- Z3 3.06 torsen LSD
- e36 cat back Borla Exhaust
- 5500k HIDs
- genuine mtech cloth shifter and ebrake boots
- alcantara mtech II wheel (from coby wheel)
- brand new e36 driveshaft
- brand new 1 series mats (fyi they fit e30s almost perfectly I discovered)
- all four doors have genuine BMW MOTORSPORT engraved handles.
Just appraised at 24.5K
It is a freak blast, and a serious sleeper. Now to find a super charger....
