Dont forget that this is a PROPOSED settlement. It will ne months before it is decided and that is March 16.
There is a section in the letter that says if you do not like the settelement you can object to it without removing yourself from the class. Maybe that is what the 2007 model year owners should consider doing. It is section 11 and gives the details of what you would need to do.
