from this angle I can't tell if you car is lowered or not. If you want less chance for rubbing I say go with the:
18x8.0 (+18) will sit 6mm inside the fender (add the 5mm spacer) use a 215 tire
18x9.0 (+21) will sit 9mm inside the fender (add the 10mm spacer) use a 245 tire
