Yeah, I've seen some suggestions of that, but there will be exceptions including the mini 1.6L which will be shared with BMW. Also, do the N55 and new turbo 4 even share the same stroke? I was under the impression that the N55 stroke was 89.6mm while the new 4 was 90mm, which means they can't share rods anyway. Both do have an 84mm bore, yes.
