They use clearcoat with a drop of black paint. Depending on how dark you want it...depends on how many times they coat it.

Thanks I'll go talk to a local shop. Like I said I'm not wanting limo tint dark just something a little less subtle than blacklines. The OEM blacklines look nice on lighter cars but on a black car I think I want more.
