that sounds like overkill... just run one wheel lock or none. A determined thief will get your wheels. Wheel locks keep honest people honest. If you're worried about losing the key a) make sure you write down the key number and keep it in a safe place b) get a set of "bolt outs" in case you ever need to remove them and the key is lost/broken. Or keep an extra key in your home toolbox "just in case." Honestly, if someone wants to steal your wheels, all they need is a set of bolt-outs and a breaker bar. Even with the Porsche style locks which seem a lot more secure I bet you could defeat those with a slide hammer.

And yes, the torque spec is 120 n*m which is about 88 ft-lb, pretty normal lug torque and not that hard to break loose if your stuff is clean.
