I need to order new tires for my 2006 325i with sport package.

255/40/17 Rear

What I originaly wanted was the Hankook V12's but they are currently back order.

I need new tires ASAP and the Sumi's are available right now.

Please let me know your experience or feedback concerning the HTR Z III.
Feedback on the Hankook V12's would also be appreciated.

Thanks!
Both tires are outstanding tires for the price and not very different from each other in most measurable characteristics. The HTRZ3 has a slightly quieter ride, and should stay quieter as it wears compared to the directional tread pattern of the V12 that will tend to get louder as it wears. The Ventus V12 should have a bit better wet traction between the two, while the HTRZ3 has an advantage in dry grip/cornering and steering response.
