Cons
Will not pass emissions
Illegal due to removal of primary catalytic converters (Even if you move them to after the headers it is still illegal federally, and in many states. They are only allowed to be replaced in the stock locations)
Exhaust smell (some dont care)
OBD II cars will require o2 simulators to not throw error codes

If I hadn't have already purchased a set of MMW headers I would be down for this.
Got it. Thanks.
Yes, the cons are going to exist with any long-tube header. I personally will most likely put on high-flow cats as I think it may be too loud for me (my wife drives my car too )

As for weight reduction - I've done almost everything I can do to reduce weight already (I'm getting a carbon roof in early April). My car will weigh about 3,215lbs when I'm finished. It costs A LOT of money to reduce weight.
$1200 for CF hood (depending on how much you pay for paint)
$1200 for CF trunk (depending on how much you pay for paint)
$3000 for CF roof (with installation)
$1200 for lighter wheels (price depends on what type of wheel you go with)
$2500 for lighter seats (including all mounting hardware)
$300 for lighter battery
$5000 for BBK (yes, even though they are bigger, they are lighter)
