parts guy had a funny response when I asked for the socket. He said, the tech told me to have you bring your car in for service if it needs new plugs, we are supposed to sell that socket. Your car will need the new plugs at 35k (I have 30k). I then asked, well what do I do when the car is out of warranty and I want to change my plugs! He said, bring it in and the techs will do it, they are trained for that.................yeah sure buddy. That sounds like a $300 plug change to me.

He then was a nice guy when I explained I want to keep the car after the warranty. He called some central warehouse and pretended that one of his techs needed it! It should be ready for my pickup on thursday.
