I know them very well... you just need to know how to charm them... BMW Sales/Service are like "SNAKES"... you need to know how to charm them lol!... You need to know that everyone needs to make money, we can't really blame them but of course we want them to be as fair as possible... (but anyways here is a TIP... I just asked LTBMW if they do maintenance, like regular maintenance and he said yes... so maybe you should check them out... I know your car is CPO so don't worry about the warranty... your drivetrain warranty is still valid... only the maintenance warranty is expired...

I went to New Century BMW in Alhambra. That was for their Gold Package (if memory serves correctly). I DO NOT recommend them though as they're notoriously shady. My last rep was fired and they go through quite a bit as they're Always nickel-and-dining you.
