I'm not sure what you can do about the rake. When I was researching suspension options all of the shock spring combos seemed to have just an ever so slight rake. I ended up going with KW V1's so I could set it where I wanted. Personally, if I went with shocks and springs I knew it would bug me every time I looked at my car and it still had a slight rake.
I haven't heard of anyone mixing springs, but it's an interesting thought. It seems like eibach would be the way to go in the rear to even out the stance, but it's hard to know what it'll look like until they're on. Maybe you could see if someone on here could measure fender to ground/hub on their eibach setup and then compare it to your fronts. Also, I'm not sure how it would impact handling if you mix and match springs. Just a thought...
