Remove the front trim piece (entrance cover strip). There are 2 tabs on the lower portion of the B pillar. Pull back and the clips will come off. Slide the lower trim piece out. You will then have either 2 rivets or 2 more clips visible on the upper B pillar that you need to pull off. After that slide the trim down and it will come off.
