It depends what you want.

From reading what dxb has said, the M is a lot more focused, raw and easier to control on the limit. Where as the d has a better low down kick and is not raw lol.

I wouldn't get an M vert. Sounds a bit of a contradiction imo.

Also if you're mentioning MPG, an M isn't something you buy for economy.
