i used 3M 77. it worked the best. i tried 3M 80 but not as great as 77. just like doing regular wrap, spray on both surface and smooth it out. but just be careful cuz once they stick on, it's very hard to rip them apart and you do not want to ruin it cuz material isn't cheap. the wrap around parts and the corners need more patient since they are not as stretchable as the other CF wrapping material. and also you do not need to leave too much extra in the backing. i left about 1/2" the most. since it is very thick, the more you leave in the backing will yield a hard time to put the trim and the air vents back in flush. hope those tips help.
