1. Not sure how this might work out with the cutouts so I'll ask LTMW and see if they can take care of that for you.
2. No clear bra on my bumper.
3. No fog lights and I didn't miss my fogs when I got this bumper. Paint match is OEM alpine white and was from LTMW.
