Also, I noticed yesterday that the PS3 3D is different than 360 3D. I have to change the settings on my tv to get it to work. Whereas the PS3 everything was as originally programmed by the tv. After playing Black Ops on both the PS3 and 360 in 3D, I like PS3's quality better. |
I believe it is because they use different technology. The PS3 uses blu ray and can show the images similar to how we see movies in 3d on a blu ray player in the full 1080p. On the other hand, the xbox plays 3d by splitting up the image into two seperate right and left, and the quality is degraded. It is hard to explain, but I believe the xbox displays 3d similar to the old 3d tech where you had to wear a red and blue glasses.
Of course, some PS3 games display this as well.
I know on my 3d tv i have different 3d settings to choose from.
